Bone Broth

Bone broth is a longstanding traditional recipe, dating back hundreds if not thousands of years. Not only is bone broth rich in protein, minerals, collagen, and gelatin, but it makes very good use of animal parts which are too often considered ‘scraps’ and thrown away.
I also use vegetable scraps to make my broth, making it nutritious, delicious and economical! If you are a vegetarian, you can still make home-made vegetable broth jam packed with minerals and immune boosting herbs!
