Hi! I am Elise. I am a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #17744), a certified yoga teacher, a reiki master-teacher, a holistic clinical herbalist, nature lover, and above all; a fellow human. I am passionate about wellness and believe that well-being is our birthright. Each and every person deserves to feel good, and I want to help those who come my way to do just that.
