Elise approaches healing in a truly holistic way. This means facilitating your body’s own self-healing process by nourishing, strengthening, and tonifying the body and its organ systems so that it can function at optimum capacity. This may include meditations and affirmations, drinking teas and nourishing herbal infusions, taking tinctures or flower essences, movement, or making dietary changes for optimum nutrition.

A consultation may include asking questions, taking a health history, taking your pulse, looking at your tongue or eyes, muscle testing, and other holistic non-invasive methods. Elise will work with you to educate and empower you to be your own healer, all the while being present for you in an atmosphere of acceptance. Elise's methods are strongly influenced by the work of Louise Hay, Susun Weed, and the Ayurvedic sciences as well as vitalism -a mixture of different energetic approaches to herbal medicine.

An initial consultation lasts about 90 minutes and costs $90. Follow up consultations (suggested every 4-8 weeks) are about 45 minutes and cost $45. Sliding scale and trade are available. Elise can create a personalized tincture or glycerine blend for you if you wish, and will recommend reliable sources for good quality herbs.
